Time Out

This past weekend we went up to my parents for fun. Spencer likes to play in my parent's blinds so we had to sit in time out a couple of times. Mark was out running errands with our brother in law so Spencer really wanted dad. One time when I was talking to him about what he did and why he was in time out this is what happened.

Me: "Spencer, do you know why you are in time out?"

Spencer: "Dad."

Me: "No, dad didn't get you in trouble. You got in trouble for playing with the blinds. Can you say sorry to Nanny?"

Spencer: "No, No, No. Dad."

What do you do for a little boy who loves his dad and wants to blame dad for all of his problems? Me, I just love that little guy!
